Location

The village of Osco, which has 127 inhabitants, a hamlet of the municipality of Faido, stands on a beautiful knoll on the left bank of the Leventina Valley, at an elevation of 1157 meters above sea level. It therefore enjoys an excellent climate and year-round sunshine.
It can be reached from two directions: northward, leaving Ia cantonal road in the Piottino area, and from the south, after the Faido SBB station.
By car, it is reached in 14 minutes from Faido by 6.4 km. Public transportation service via postal service.

The property for sale is located to the north and not far from the historic center of the village. It is bordered on the east by the road coming from Piottino.

    • External access from the south with granite staircase leading to the main atrium-corridor.

    • Double room with laminate floor, access to bathroom with bathtub, toilet and bidet.
    • Small north atrium with access to attic via iron bellows staircase.
    • All windows and doors are wooden with double glazing of the period.

    • Completely open and shared with the adjoining dwelling.
    • Insulated slab with glass wool 10 cm thick, not walkable.
